Our Story
The Miri Tutti Project is a youth-led initiative with the mission to provide Sarawakians with world-class music education that inspires and empowers.
The project currently manifests as an annual 5-day music camp featuring (variably) programs for beginner to advanced strings, band, and choir as well as professional development activities for teachers. Rehearsals, concerts, masterclasses, faculty performances and social events are conducted by visiting professionals from Malaysia and abroad, thereby allowing participants to tap into specialist and/or advanced technical instruction and knowledge that may not be readily accessible locally.
Since its establishment in 2014, Miri Tutti has enjoyed collaborations with various professional organizations including the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra and Yong Siew Toh Conservatory, as well as esteemed pedagogues from Malaysia and Australia.
